Studies at universities will resume on Saturday


Egyptian universities across the state will resume studies on Saturday after the end of the Eid Al Fitr break that started last Sunday, the Ministry of Higher Education announced. announcement Wednesday.

In the same context, all student cities have started to receive university students after the end of the break by following all the medical codes for the protection against COVID-19.

On the other hand, sources from the Ministry of Education Told local journalists that April 29 was the last day of study in all schools, because the official holiday of Eid Al Fitr, Sinai Day, Workers’ Day will start from April 30 to May 5.

Journalists pointed out that students in the transitional academic years will start their final exams on Saturday, May 7, and each year will start its summer vacation immediately after the end of the final exams.

Officially, kindergarten and grades 1, 2 and 3 will end their school year on May 19.

Last month, the Ministry of Education stressed that studies will not be suspended during Ramadan and that the educational process will follow its announcement schedule without any amendments, news agencies reported on Sunday.

The second academic term will end on May 7 as previously announced, and students will only have regular weekends and holidays, as well as national holidays.

In the same context, the ministry has released the methodology for the fourth grade exams, as the February and March exams will be unified into a single exam, and they will be held between April 2 and April 6, since the subjects of the program will include the topics discussed. between January and March.

The final exams will take place from May 8 to 12.
